1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Emporio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Emporio provides an inventory management platform for aviation parts traders. Traders can list parts, showcase them on a storefront, and receive quote requests from buyers. Emporio does not process payments or facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
3. Account Registration
Accounts are created by Emporio administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload. Emporio claims no ownership over your inventory data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Emporio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
